Position Overview
Hammehr invites applications for the role of Head of Finance Transformation on behalf of our client for a permanent opportunity. This role focuses on transforming finance operations by leveraging digital solutions and process redesign to improve efficiency and impact. What You’ll Do
- Lead finance transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities, redesigning workflows, and driving adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with finance leaders and business stakeholders to align finance strategies with organizational goals and ensure transformation remains a priority.
- Evaluate and implement finance technology solutions, staying current with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the development of transformation roadmaps, including objectives and key results (OKRs), while ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
- Manage cross-functional projects, coordinating resources, documenting workflows, and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Develop change management strategies to support smooth transitions and promote long-term adoption of new systems and processes.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on transformation strategies and investment priorities.
- Build partnerships with business leaders to secure necessary resources and establish governance frameworks for transformation initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale finance transformation and process improvement initiatives in complex environments.
- Proven success with ERP or finance systems implementation, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Strong background in Agile practices and methodologies, with hands-on experience guiding project execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or Six Sigma designation, supporting process optimization and financial leadership.
- Familiarity with advanced finance technology solutions, including automation platforms and cloud-based systems.
- Experience in change management, guiding teams through operational shifts while promoting long-term success.
- Strategic planning skills, including the ability to define objectives, set key results, and measure progress.
- Leadership experience, managing direct reports and developing talent within a transformation-focused environment.
