Job Description

The **Finance Transformation Manager** will report to the Head of Finance Transformation and collaborate with the Finance leadership team to assist in the modernization and optimization of our finance processes.

This role requires a hands-on professional adept at both high-level strategic planning and detailed execution, including process discovery, presentations to key stakeholders, and spearheading change across the finance organization.

This role will work collaboratively across the organization to drive best-in-class organizational change.

This role will also act as the Finance lead on implementing and measuring any key business initiatives and system changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Finance Transformation in managing large-scale projects including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Account to Record processes.
  • Develop and execute project plans for Finance Transformation initiatives ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop and implement solutions that will support in driving best-in-class finance processes, systems, and analytics solutions.
  • Lead project managers and finance leaders through individual workstreams to execute finance projects that optimize existing workflows and processes, resulting in scale for the business.
  • Prepare and present key Transformation reports and status updates to all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of new financial processes and systems by the finance team and other stakeholders, including overseeing and ensuring completion of UAT, post-implementation user support, training, and development.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of finance transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in detailed discovery and automation initiatives across the Finance organization.
  • Act as an agent of change to move different stakeholders towards the goal of improving our processes, systems, and capabilities within Finance.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for modernization of the Finance function.
