You are responsible for submitting various reports of the Grants while developing business plans, smart templates, and multiple budgets that are required to be submitted to the development company. You represent the brand as the internal administrative head, ensuring that the owners can trust you with the necessary mandates to address public inquiries regarding the health and overall developments of the company.

Your responsibilities include working on reports for funding resubmissions, consolidating spreadsheets, and making presentations to the owner regarding expenses and projections for talent hiring. As a development brand, the finance and investment manager must be someone who takes direction well and has strong English speaking skills.

This position is for an outsourced worker paid monthly, dealing with a range of responsibilities. We seek someone capable of collaborating with the brand's accountant to build the necessary documents and figures while securing funding to support the label's development center.

As the CFO, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at transforming the production and supporting the owner in securing the right funding. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand over the next decade. An investment of $1/hour should provide $1 million in value. We value big thinkers and hard workers. The right talent can result in favorable opportunities, and we want to find the right mind to invest in.

Community development is a slow industry, but finding the right talent capable of staying responsive and solving day-to-day issues is essential for the growth of the brand.
