We own vessels in various sizes, from 2,500 TEU to 24,000 TEU vessels. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Corp, Seaspan delivers on the company's core strategy as a leading asset management and core infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Head of Finance Transformation in managing large-scale projects, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Account to Record processes.
  2. Develop and execute project plans for Finance Transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  3. Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that support best-in-class finance processes, systems, and analytics solutions.
  4. Lead project managers and finance leaders through individual workstreams to execute finance projects that optimize existing workflows and processes, resulting in scale for the business.
  5. Prepare and present key Transformation reports and status updates to all levels of the organization.
  6. Ensure the successful implementation of new financial processes and systems by the finance team and other stakeholders, including overseeing and ensuring completion of UAT, post-implementation user support, training, and development.
  7. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of finance transformation initiatives.
  8. Participate in detailed discovery and automation initiatives across the Finance organization.
  9. Act as an agent of change to move different stakeholders towards improving our processes, systems, and capabilities within Finance.
  10. Recommend and implement best practices for modernizing the Finance function.
