Sales & Partnerships Manager (Travel Experiences)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Sales & Outreach (Primary)
  • Lead proactive sales outreach and recruitment of high-quality experience creators through social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), networking events, and direct prospecting.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert top-tier creators into successful, long-term partners.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns and personalized messaging to drive sign-ups.
    • Onboarding & Relationship Management
    • Provide exceptional onboarding, guiding new creators through experience design, pricing, video storytelling, and marketing best practices.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships, providing continuous support, training, and mentorship to maximize creator success.
      • Account Management & Retention
      • Actively engage with our creator community through webinars, meetups, and personalized check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention.
      • Identify concerns proactively, implementing solutions to retain valuable creators and sustain partnership growth.
        • Performance Tracking & Optimization
        • Own key sales and onboarding metrics including:
        • Number of creators recruited per location
        • Creator activation rate (percentage of creators successfully launching experiences)
        • Partnership health (engagement, reviews, revenue performance)
        • Utilize data insights to refine sales processes and onboarding strategies continually.
          • Growth & Scaling
          • Create scalable sales and onboarding tools, including guides, tutorials, and educational resources.
          • Cultivate partnerships with travel influencers, networks, and niche communities to attract future creators.
          • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Operations to balance creator supply with traveler demand.

Who We're Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or relationship-driven roles.
  • Proven success with proactive outreach, closing partnerships, and account retention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and social media outreach).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
  • Passionate about building meaningful connections and nurturing long-term relationships.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or creator economy.
  • Background or interest in travel, tourism, or experiential marketing.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Trello, Notion).
  • Multilingual (a plus for international outreach).
