  • Upload/management of documentation into system of record (SOR)
  • Management of document #s in SOR
  • Interfacing with EPCs/suppliers on document submission packages, providing support internally and externally as required
  • Quality control review of document submissions (appropriate naming, attributes, stamping, drafting requirements, etc.)
  • Document control workflow progression
  • Quality control for document turnover/close out
  • Generation or review of EPC/supplier reports as required

  • Familiar with Documentum an advantage
  • 3 years previous doc control experience in Oil and Gas either owner operator, EPC or supplier
  • Advanced computer skills (MS office 365), intermediate experience (bluebeam, CAD software), demonstrated ability to master other software applications
  • Strong attention to detail
