Our established client, a regulatory body in Financial Services, is seeking a Membership Intake Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis. This contract role is a hybrid position in Downtown Toronto. The duration could range from 3-6 months. This position offers a great opportunity to join a friendly team


Role and Responsibilities

-Provide administrative support to the Membership Services team

-Scheduling and calendar management

-Prepare documentation, reports, and spreadsheets

-Assist with processing applications, making sure they are complete

-Respond to email inquiries

-Assist with quality assurance

-Maintain and update the database

-Assist with developing policies and procedures

-Filing

-Other administrative tasks as required


Qualifications and Skills

-Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma

-Must have a minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience within financial services industry

-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented

-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

-Must have excellent time management and analytical skills

-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

-Knowledge of Sharepoint is strongly preferred

-Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel
