What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related
  • 5+ years of experience in MES Implementation and support within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in MES software such as Traksys, PASX, or similar.
  • Experience with system integration and interfacing with ERP, and Automation Ledger Systems.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in system automation, with a track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong programming skills, custom automation scrips and solution tailored to specific needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation tools and technologies.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in English language – writing, speaking and understanding.
