Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related
- 5+ years of experience in MES Implementation and support within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations

- Experience with system integration and interfacing with ERP, and Automation Ledger Systems.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in system automation, with a track record of successful implementations.
- Strong programming skills, custom automation scrips and solution tailored to specific needs.
- In-depth knowledge of automation tools and technologies.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
