In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of cutting-edge equipment. You'll have the chance to train and educate healthcare professionals in a clinical setting, ensuring they can get the most out of this innovative technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical education and training to surgeons, residents, and staff on the product portfolio.
  • Partner with surgeons to develop customized protocols and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current on clinical research and best practices in the field.
  • Travel throughout Canada to provide on-site support and training.


About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proven experience in providing clinical education and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of surgical procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with medical devices a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
  • Understanding of Ophthalmic experience is preferred.
