This role reports to the Leader of Human Resources for Irving Business Services and supports our Corporate teams in Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, HR, Legal, Real Estate, and Irving Air and is located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead recruitment for Irving Business Services
  2. Lead the Student Recruitment Program for Irving Business Services
  3. Deliver a Positive Candidate Experience
  4. Build strong social networks to promote career opportunities
  5. Leverage Social & Digital Campaigns to Promote Employment Brand and Attract Qualified Candidates
  6. Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with hiring managers and leaders
  7. Develop Strong Understanding of Roles within Irving Business Services
  8. Maintain Recruitment Metrics
