Role Description
You want to Create your own business and Love Sales in a Team Environment.
You're responsible for generating quality new business and providing clients & prospective clients with ongoing insurance solutions, assist Account Managers with policy service and maintaining compliance records.
This is a Career Position providing you with a Commission compensation plan and Equity in your Business. You're RIBO and/or LLQP Licensed. You're a Self Motivated, Sales Orientated Person who enjoys approaching people & sales activities.

Qualifications
- RIBO Licensed is required, Life/A&S Optional
- An Energy for Sales Activity & Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Finance and Retirement Planning knowledge (Optional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
