Job Description We are seeking an Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes (MGA+) to join our team in Ontario. At People Corporation we are committed to helping businesses succeed. This role will be a part of GroupQuest, a division of People Corporation within Partner Solutions. The Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes (MGA+) is a key resource on our team that focuses on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth. You are great at preparing proposals and providing recommendations for alternative plans to come up with the best resolution for the client. The Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes (MGA+) will: Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 500 lives. Prepare client ready reports and documents. Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditionally employee benefits plans. Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are being quoted properly and in a timely manner. Assist advisors to ensure they have submitted all necessary information in order to obtain proper quotations. Work with Advisors to ensure they submit proper paperwork, documents, cheques, etc. on sales. Review/signoff on final reports and provide support for all other members of the team. To be successful as an Account Executive, Marketing & Quotes (MGA+) with People Corporation, you will need: Post secondary education with at least three (3) years experience in the group benefits industry. Working knowledge of group insurance principles, assessment techniques, group benefit plans and terminology. Exceptional focus on value-driven customer service. Strong negotiation, communication and issue resolution skills. Excellent reasoning, judgement and decision-making abilities. Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to ever-changing environments. Advanced computer skills - Excel, Word & PowerPoint. All-star candidates will have: GBA designation under CEBS program is considered an asset.
