As a multi-unit franchised QSR organization, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Local Store Marketing Manager (LSM Manager) to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be pivotal in executing local store marketing (LSM) initiatives that drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales, while supporting new restaurant openings and ensuring seamless execution of LSM campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, traffic, and sales at the restaurant level.
  • Provide comprehensive marketing support for new restaurant openings, including event planning, grand opening promotions, and community engagement efforts.
  • Activate LSM campaigns across multiple locations and ensure alignment with national marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for franchisees, providing them with marketing materials and guidance to enhance their local efforts.
  • Track and measure the performance of LSM initiatives, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Manage the LSM activation playbook and platform (ClickUp) for efficient campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, digital marketing, and creative teams to align on brand and LSM objectives.
  • Identify local partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand presence within key communities.
  • Work with vendors, agencies, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and consumer insights to maintain relevant and effective marketing strategies.
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in local store marketing or field marketing in a franchised business sector, preferably in QSR or retail.
  • Highly organized and task-oriented with a proactive approach to execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to ambiguity.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with franchisees and internal teams.
  • Experience in event planning, community engagement, and grassroots marketing strategies.
  • Ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
  • Passion for the QSR industry and a deep understanding of its consumer base.
  • Fluent in English (French is an asset).
