The Business Development Representative I is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement activities, and managing vendor pipelines. You will work to become a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs for the sales organization. You will routinely develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and closing new business.
What You’ll Do:Maintains and builds relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
Provide excellent customer service and support, serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Drive vendor initiatives and supports partner enablement activities.
Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
Support partner enablement activities and work closely with internal teams to achieve vendor-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends.
Track and manage the vendor pipeline, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
Build customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX’s product portfolio.
Actively participate in the sales team customer account planning and review process.
May attend industry specific business training from vendors.
0-1 years of relevant experience, with an associate's degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred; high school diploma required.
Proficient in customer relationship management, negotiation, and office skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
Willing to travel as needed.
Capable of following instructions, operating common office equipment, and performing accurate data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, including formal presentations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.
Adaptability to change and ability to perform under pressure.
Upholds social, ethical, and organizational standards with a commitment to confidentiality.
Skilled multitasker with strong relationship-building and empathy.
Comfortable with prolonged phone use and extended periods of immobility, standing, or walking.
Quick learner with proficiency in new systems and technology.
Willingness to work non-standard hours or overtime occasionally.
Able to work in a professional office or remote environment.

- Soutenir les activités de habilitation des partenaires et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et les objectifs spécifiques aux fournisseurs.
- Développer une connaissance approfondie des produits, programmes et tendances de l'industrie des fournisseurs.
- Suivre et gérer le pipeline des fournisseurs, y compris l'identification et la qualification des prospects, et faire avancer les opportunités dans le cycle de vente.
- Coordonner avec les équipes internes pour assurer un suivi rapide et un rapport précis sur les activités liées aux fournisseurs.
- Construire des relations avec les clients pour commercialiser efficacement une large gamme de produits de TD SYNNEX.

Ce que nous recherchons :
- 0-1 an d'expérience pertinente, avec un diplôme d'associé en affaires, marketing ou domaines connexes préféré ; diplôme d'études secondaires requis.
- Compétent en gestion des relations clients, négociation et compétences bureautiques.
- Compréhension de base des processus, procédures et terminologie de vente.
- Disposé à voyager au besoin.
- Capable de suivre des instructions, d'utiliser des équipements de bureau courants et de saisir des données avec précision.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en langues locales, y compris les présentations formelles.
- Capacité démontrée à collaborer efficacement avec des individus diversifiés.
- Compétences organisationnelles solides et gestion efficace du temps.
- Adaptabilité au changement et capacité à performer sous pression.
- Respect des normes sociales, éthiques et organisationnelles avec un engagement à la confidentialité.
