About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Marketer to join our team at Tutor Doctor. As a Sales Marketer, you will be the face of Tutor Doctor in your local community, responsible for generating leads and building relationships. You will engage with schools, parents, and community members to promote our services and increase brand awareness.


Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement:
  • Visit local schools to establish and maintain relationships with administrators, teachers, and parents.
  • Engage with parents to discuss their children’s educational needs and introduce Tutor Doctor’s services.
  • Place marketing signs in strategic, high-visibility locations.
  • Knock on doors to place signs on home owners lawns.


  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key community stakeholders.
  • Collect and manage contact information for potential clients.


  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to communicate the benefits of Tutor Doctor’s tutoring services.
  • Assist in the development and execution of localized marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and materials.


  • Goals and Reporting:
  • Achieve specific lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all community marketing activities.



Qualifications:

  • Added benefit, not required: Experience in sales or outbound sales, telecommunications, and/or consumer interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within the community.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Flexible schedule to attend events and engage with the community as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
