If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in implementing and improving document control procedures across various departments, we are looking for you


  • Location: Calgary, AB
  • Shift: M-F | 8 hours a day (work in office)
  • Job type: Contract | Full-time | 6 months to start with possibility of extension


Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex and critical document management issues during all phases of the project.
  • Produce intricate scheduled audit reports, where customized reporting is required.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, processes, and standards.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Provider the creation, issuance, completion, and turnover of engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize, track and report on complex data.


Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Calgary, AB
  • 10+ years of Document Control/ EDMS experience within large engineering firms on multiple major oil and gas and construction projects.
  • Asset Lifecyle Information Management (ALIM) experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Functional knowledge of technical systems, practices, and processes
  • Advanced skills with MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and electronic document management systems.
  • A High School Diploma
  • Experience working on diverse projects that vary in scope, size, and complexity.
