Job Title: Senior SAP PM/MM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End SAP PM Implementation:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) implementations across sectors like aerospace, rail transport, and manufacturing industries, focusing on discrete and process manufacturing.
  • Configure and customize the SAP PM module, including Technical Objects, Task Lists, Work Centers, Notifications, Work Orders, Measurement Points/Documents, Warranties, and Maintenance Plans & Strategies.
  • SAP Integration Expertise:
  • Manage and implement SAP integrations with third-party tools and mobile applications to ensure seamless data flow and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop functional design documents for integrations between SAP and external systems using BAPI, RFCs, IDOCs, and other interface technologies.
  • Data Migration & Cleansing:
  • Lead data migration projects, including conceptual design and execution of Master Data transformation for Material Master, Vendor Master, Equipment Master, Functional Location Structure, and Task Lists.
  • Utilize LSMW and other data migration tools for successful migration from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring high data accuracy and consistency.
  • Functional Design & Customization:
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functional design documents, covering interfaces, reports, and system extracts.
  • Perform customization and configuration for PM/MM modules to ensure alignment with specific business processes.
  • Maintenance & Material Planning:
  • Use deep domain knowledge in maintenance planning and material planning to design effective SAP processes that support both the operational and strategic goals of the organization.
  • Apply experience in supply chain management and plant maintenance to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Workshop Facilitation & End-User Training:
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, lead the realization phase, and provide hands-on end-user training to ensure successful adoption of SAP PM/MM solutions.
  • Project Support & Lifecycle Management:
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement in maintenance and material management processes.
  • Work on data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity and reliability within SAP systems.

Key Skills and Tools:
