Office Administrator/Receptionist

Job Overview
The Office Admin is an integral part of the team at Worry Free Snowblowing by providing front-line customer service and support.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Provide estimates for driveway/walkway clearing.
- Process payments (Interac, Visa, Mastercard) and/or instruct clients on how to pay online.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks like data entry, scanning, copying, and filing documents as needed.
- Help other members of the team complete tasks as required or directed by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (G).
- Own transportation.
- Bilingual.
Assets
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours during the busy snow removal season.
Start date
As soon as possible.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
