We are seeking a highly skilled Region Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with excellent technical writing skills and experience working in a cross-functional environment. As a Region Engineer, you will work closely with sales, operations, and customers to provide the best solutions.


The exciting things you will do

  • Troubleshoot problem jobs and find solutions to increase product success.
  • Work with product line engineering to improve the performance and reliability of our products.
  • Visit with customers to understand their goals and work with them to find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Perform necessary calculations to understand downhole tool loading and provide technical support to the team.
  • Aid in maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for our product and work with the team to continually improve them.
  • Help communicate product development needs to management and the product development team.
  • Adjust operations processes as necessary to increase product realization and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical writing support for proposals, technical reports, and other documentation as needed.


Key skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Platform
  • Excellent technical writing skills


Experience:

  • 5+ years of engineering experience for downhole tools in the Oil and Gas sector
  • 3+ years of experience with downhole completions and constructions tools (Float Equipment, Stage Tools, Toe Sleeves, Frac plugs, Liners)


Necessary knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
