ROLE OVERVIEW- Coordinate client projects from beginning to end, including scheduling meetings, setting timelines and budgets, defining tasks and due dates for the team, research, production coordination and final delivery.
- Work closely with senior accounts team to conduct research, develop strategies, execute initiatives, manage projects, resources and workflow.
- Brainstorm ideas, tactics, and plans to contribute to the optimization of marketing strategies.
- Liaise between clients, suppliers, contractors and the team and build strong professional relationships.
- Develop project briefs for both the internal team and external contractors.
- Coordinate content and creative development for websites, landing pages, ebooks, digital campaigns, emails, blogs, video, marketing and sales collateral, etc.
- Work within HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Databox, etc. to gain information for reporting, optimization and insights.
- Provide direction and support to external copywriter partners to produce, create, and edit various types of content, lead-converting resources and any other marketing content in support of strategies.
- Coordinate, plan and execute inbound and social media activities for clients and Everbrave in conjunction with the inbound marketing team.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and provide a status update on all clients/projects.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before sending to the internal team and clients.
- Request quotes from vendors and contractors.
- Attend client-related meetings, document pertinent details and send a follow-up email to recap highlights and outline next steps.
- Work within our operations/account platform to set up new client profiles, projects and
monitor budgets. - File management and administrative tasks for client project work.
- Conduct customer, competitor and product research.
- 1-3 years of related experience working with B2B or B2C clients.
- High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment (you wouldn’t have it any other way).
