What you’ll be doing

With an industry-leading NPS, Virtuo has earned the trust of its homeowners as their home concierge. As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will support the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies with a focus on demand generation and performance optimization. Leveraging both digital and traditional channels, you will work cross-functionally to convert interest into loyalty in a trust and relationship-driven market.


You will be hands-on in implementing strategies and campaigns, not just ideating them. This role requires proactive execution of demand generation initiatives to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for translating ideas into actionable plans, and will leverage various marketing channels and tools to achieve measurable results.


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive demand and generate large lead volumes to support new customer acquisition targets
  • Build, implement, and test demand generating workflows aimed at proactively engaging and converting leads into qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns for various segments, leveraging channels such as email, social media, PPC, SEO, and events
  • Transform buyer data and insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and validate their journey through the sales funnel
  • Build and scale account-based marketing strategies and develop compelling content aligned with brand messaging and personas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create relevant marketing collateral that appeals to both prospects and existing customers. Align content to the buyer’s journey and optimize conversion paths on websites and landing pages
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to support the generation of a robust marketing pipeline. Effectively track & scale marketing funnel objectives

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a high-growth startup or tech-driven environment
  • Proven track record of success in executing scalable marketing strategies that drive demand generation
  • Extensive background in both digital and traditional marketing, with a strong understanding of selling SaaS products, and navigating complex ecosystems
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and test/deploy sustainable growth plans
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to execute against OKRs and multiple high-priority projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, & Segment is considered an asset.
