To support their continued growth, they have recently created the position of Business Development Manager. Join a dynamic team and contribute to their success

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's long-term goals.
  • Foster is an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the organization.
  • Create innovative strategies for business promotion and development.
  • Analyze the business environment and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from market research to customer retention.
  • Advise on various marketing strategies such as social media marketing, cold calling, and email marketing.
  • Support the sales team and build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing partnerships and sales efforts to maximize performance.
  • Strengthen internal and external relationships to increase lead generation and market share.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate sector (a significant asset)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or marketing, with a particular focus on business development
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills
