We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team for the Clinical Information Systems (CIS) program. In this pivotal role, you will support multiple teams in the planning, execution, and successful completion of the CIS project, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timeline.
The successful candidate will be required to work on a full-time basis for a period of 2 years, commencing September 2024 and ending September 2026 (480 days) with 2 (two) optional one-year renewals.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.
Relevant Experience Requirements:
- College Degree in either Business, Healthcare or Information Technology OR an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both French and English.
- Experience supporting Healthcare IT system-related projects in an administrative role. 1 years
- Experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels.1 Years +
- Ability to multi-task, work with multiple teams supporting more than one project stream/activity at a time. 1 Years +
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment. 2 Years +
- Knowledge of the JIRA platform for issue and project task management. 1 year
- Previous experience working within New Brunswick's two regional health authorities (RHA), showcasing a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, policies, and practices.
