Project Coordinator

Fulltime – Toronto


Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with 1-5 years of experience in project coordination? Do you hold or are working towards your PMP designation? If so, we want you on our team


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Utilize strong administrative skills to maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Apply technical expertise to support project implementation and troubleshooting.


Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Experience working in a professional services related environment is preferred.
  • PMP designation or progress towards it is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent technical skills and proficiency with project management tools.
