Project Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of construction projects ranging from $1.5 million and up. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance the community and its infrastructure.


Opportunity

The Project Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves overseeing and mentoring a team of Project Coordinators, developing project plans, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities


Project Oversight:

○ Lead the delivery of all Siksika Nation projects from initiation to completion.

○ Ensure alignment with organizational goals and community needs.


Team Leadership:

○ Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Coordinators.

○ Support Project Coordinators in planning, initiating, and managing projects from start to finish.


Project Management:

○ Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

○ Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.

○ Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using effective verification techniques.


Risk and Performance Monitoring:

○ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

○ Track and report project progress using earned value management systems.


Stakeholder Engagement:

○ Conduct regular update meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

○ Present detailed reports on project health and performance.


Health and Safety Compliance:

○ Uphold and enforce health and safety standards across all project sites.


Qualifications



Education:

○ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.


Experience:

○ Demonstrated experience managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.

○ Proficiency in earned value management systems and project tracking tools.


Skills:

○ Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

○ Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software.

Remuneration:

  • $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 depending on experience
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • 15 sick days
  • 3 personal days
  • Health benefits after 3 months
  • Pension Match up to 7.6% per year
