Our client, headquartered in West Dublin, partners with some of the world’s largest multinational companies, with a focus on delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
Your Role- Lead the accounts payable function, ensuring timely processing of invoices, supplier payments, and month-end close activities.
- Manage and develop the accounts payable team (team of 3), driving performance and compliance with internal controls.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and internal departments.
- Implement and improve internal controls and compliance frameworks.
- Produce management reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely delivery of required information.
- Identify and resolve potential issues with accounts and cash flow management.
- Assist with system updates and software development as needed.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume accounts payable functions.
- Strong strategic skills with a focus on continual improvement.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) is preferable.
