Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Supertemp. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances and statistical reports.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week.
