Job Description:

You will be responsible for creating and managing construction schedules to ensure the timely and efficient completion of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to develop realistic timelines and monitor progress. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating resources, identifying potential delays, and implementing effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to gather information and establish timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes and ensure accuracy.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work proactively to resolve issues.
  • Analyze project timelines and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, including resource allocation and budget considerations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned with the schedule.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights and updates.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
