Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver expert HR services to support clients in formal employee meetings.
  2. Develop and deliver customized HR training on performance management, harassment awareness, and communication.
  3. Conduct thorough workplace investigations in compliance with legal and company policies.
  4. Assist with employee terminations, including drafting letters, exit interviews, and legal guidance.
  5. Roll out HR documentation, such as handbooks and policy manuals, ensuring employee clarity.
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted HR advisor.
  7. Stay current on HR best practices, trends, and laws to identify improvement opportunities.
  8. Travel as needed to meet clients and manage workloads to meet client expectations.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to swiftly and effectively address urgent BDM requests.
  10. Provide prompt, high-quality outcome reports within specified time frames and adhere to administrative procedures.
  11. Liaise with sales, advisory, and consultancy teams for inquiries.
  12. Understand client organizational needs and objectives.
  13. Manage time effectively to meet client needs and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
  14. Attend team meetings as required.
  15. Record work using existing systems.

Education/Experience

  1. Preferred: Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  2. Required: 8+ years in a similar role.
  3. Required: CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation.

  2. Extensive knowledge of provincial employment legislation, employee relations, and HR practices.
  3. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  4. Confidence in face-to-face and phone interactions.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
  6. Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
