- Oversee the work of maintenance staff and contractors.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to the property owner.
- Administer the property's budget.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in property management.
- Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
