Alberta Health Services (AHS) is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) join our team Working within a multidisciplinary team, the LPN plays a key role in support of an integrated holistic approach to the patient’s health care, health promotion and health maintenance. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of safe quality care following the policies and guidelines of AHS. You will serve a diverse patient population with a continual focus on the core values of AHS - compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and safety. From prairie grasslands to dense boreal forest, you’ll be immersed in communities with unique cultures that are all their own. Provisional Registration Practice Permit Holders, including New Graduates and Internationally Educated Nurses, are invited to apply.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are part of an interprofessional health care team utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
