Sales Support Role
infraAIR HVAC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Support specialist, you will work with the Quebec Territory Manager to generate new accounts, maintain and grow existing accounts, and build relationships to increase sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and grow existing accounts.
• Generate new accounts.
• Generate customer leads and build on relationships to grow sales.
• Generates and processes new sales leads
• Follow up on leads and proposals.
• Track customer sales cycles and call customers for reorders.
• Handle customer requests and issues.
• Book engineer and contractor training
• Notify customers of price changes
• Market new products.
• Host counter days, participate in trade shows, and conduct distributor visits
• Sales team support and projects
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must be located in Montreal
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
• Ability to commute to the Saint-Laurent area of Montreal
• Hybrid workplace model that mixes in-office and remote work
• Min. 1 Year Sales Experience
• Superior organization skills and follow-through abilities
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Resourceful, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to adapt to meet customer expectations.
• A university degree in business with a sales component or a technical school diploma with a sales component is preferred, but all applicants will be considered
Benefits & Compensation:
- $25 - $30 hourly wage
- Extended Health Benefits: These will be available after six months of employment and include:
