What you'll be doing

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Executive to oversee the operations and maintenance of our Vancouver designer outlet centre.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager and supporting the development of an Assistant, you will ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized and high standards for the center are always set and maintained. This would include the implementation of facility management policies in conjunction with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee supplier relationships and contracts for facility services such as cleaning, gardening, and security.

The Facilities Executive plays a key role in overseeing the health and safety, maintenance, cleanliness, and security for the entire center. You will provide a proactive, efficient, and effective management of the center, ensuring that our guests are at the heart of everything we do.

To be successful you’ll bring
  • Ideally, you have a technical qualification i.e. IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent
  • You have knowledge of local legislation and facilities in a commercial environment
  • You have project management experience
  • You have building standards knowledge
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
