We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digitization Project Manager to lead the transformation of property management systems. This pivotal role will drive the successful planning, execution, and management of digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of property management systems, strong project management skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance, IT, and operations teams.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and software solutions to optimize our systems and processes.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement new, efficient processes.
  • Lead the adoption of new systems and processes, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project meets quality standards and delivers on time and within budget.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digitization or IT transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of property management systems, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
