Resource Responsibilities:

  • Join an existing project team to help manage multiple streams of work.
  • Work with existing project manager to manage project activities in the execution phase of the project, including maintaingin up to date pproject plan, following up ion action items, escalation as needed, managing bi-weekly status reports, organize and participate in various project and other meetings.
  • Maximize the value created by the project team by ensuring focus and flow, removing impediments, escalating blockers and managing dependencies with other teams in the organization.
  • Work with project stakeholders to ensure that goals are understood by everyone, manage the backlog, create Stories and Acceptance Criteria, sequence items to maximize value delivery Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including iteration planning, retrospectives, standups, as needed Work with a sense of urgency and demonstrate leadership skills to achieve high performance and excellent service
  • Identify, manage and help mitigate project risks and issues
  • Work closely with Service Delivery Manager and other IT Project Managers to ensure the project is on track and escalate any impediments
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver on diverse IT commitments/deliverables
  • Facilitate and/or participate in technical discussions while effectively building relationships and influencing decisions
  • Work and negotiate with a variety of business stakeholders and vendors
  • Prepare/edit comprehensive project reports, and other documents with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills


Requirements

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficient in Project Management practices, principles, and tools
  • This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality ERP Cloud solutions that align with business objectives
  • Proven track record of leading large complex implementation projects
  • Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, and business leaders, to understand business requirements and objectives
  • Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Work closely with technical teams, consultants, and vendors to configure and customize system based on business needs
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented Oracle Fusion system
  • Participate and oversee testing and validation processes to confirm that the system mee business requirements
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specification and testing documentation
  • Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders
  • Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or concerns that arise after the system goes live
  • Self-motivated/willing to take initiative, and proven ability to build positive working relationships within own team and other areas of business
  • Strong customer-service orientation toward internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use personal influence to build positive working relationships with others.
  • Team player, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to quality.

  • Both PMP and Scrum Master Certification (ex. CSM, SAFe SM) is a must


Skill set

  • One end-to-end full life cycle recent implementation of Oracle Fusion related cloud services.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of related experience required
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in Project Management, required
  • At least five (5) years of experience in implementing cross-functional ERP systems, preferred
