Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for managing end-to-end sales responsibilities prospecting, building proposals, drafting contracts, developing relationships with customers, tracking pipelines, and closing sales face to face.
  2. Generate new leads through research, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  3. Develop B2B and wholesale channels.
  4. Manage relationship and opportunities with existing clients.
  5. Generate effective sales scripts to be leveraged through email campaigns and cold calling.
  6. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's services.
  7. Follow up with warm inbound leads the marketing team may provide you.
  8. Maintain and develop knowledge of all product offerings.
  9. Process all necessary paperwork, passing it on to the appropriate personnel.
  10. Turn in Sales Plans weekly/monthly.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the B2B sales industry.
  2. Experience in the home furniture industry preferred.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  4. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  5. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Must be detail-oriented, strong communicator & well-organized
  7. Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  8. Strong time management skills.
  9. Experience generating reports on sales and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Someone highly motivated and target-driven.
  11. Knowledge of the household product industry is a plus.
