We are looking for a Director Retail Media Sales to join our Retail Media Network team, where you will drive revenue growth by managing relationships with advertiser leadership and community influencers. You will oversee a team of Account Executives (AEs), setting annual media plans and revenue goals, while establishing best practices for data-driven sales.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:- Meet and consult periodically with advertiser leadership and maintain relationships with leaders in the community.
- Establish best practices that ensure insights-first and data-based selling and communication with clients.
- Manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders who enable execution.
- Lead sales team of AEs, overseeing development of materials and pitches to secure annual commitments and ongoing campaigns.
- Set annual media plans and revenue/profit goals for the team and each account.
- Create communications for new sales opportunities.
- Oversee annual commitment conversations with account executives.
- Establish sales pipeline and track progress against pipeline.
- 10+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical, client-facing role, and management experience.
- Have an advanced knowledge of digital advertising, media and/or publishing.
- Ability to produce meaningful insights, counsel, and planning for advertisers’ business objectives.
- Strong track record of successful collaboration across internal and external teams.
