Overview

The Payroll Administrative Assistant contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by providing payroll and general administrative support for the Ottawa location.

Responsibilities
  1. Timecard reviews and adjustments
  2. Generate and facilitate review of CCO, CATS report weekly
  3. Generate employee roster report and facilitate review
  4. Facilitate tracking of pay progression and make adjustments as needed
  5. Track and flag sick/vacation usage to departments leaders
  6. Invoice payment and tracking
  7. VISA imaging and allocation
  8. Process invoices on APS
  9. Follow up on open POs to ensure we are receiving invoices on time
  10. Manage badge accesses into the building
  11. Lead day one (1) onboarding for new hires / seasonal hires
  12. Filing GCS, quality, and safety documentation
  13. Maintaining key safety and quality trackers
  14. Provide ongoing support for the Ottawa Team
Qualifications
  1. Three – five years of administrative experience required
  2. Successful completion of an administrative/office management program preferred
  3. Successful completion of high school diploma required
  4. Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
  5. Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  6. Excellent communication and customer service skills required
  7. Ability to multi-task is essential
  8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
  9. Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
  10. Experience with payroll and invoicing programs
  11. Previous Payroll experience an asset
  12. Kronos and SAP experience an asset
  13. Microsoft office experience required
