Business Process Analyst


The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing business processes challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, implement effective solutions that enhance processes through the application of technology and if requested own and manage the Business Solution moving forward . This role requires proficiency in tools such as Excel macros (nice to have), Power Automate (nice to have), and Power BI (must have) for dashboard creation and process improvement.

  • Ideal Skills Inventory (if you don’t have all the skills, you must be willing/capable to learn quickly)
  • Dashboard Creation Skills: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Technology Utilization Skills (nice to have): Utilize Excel macros and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
  • Problem Analytics Skills: Review and analyze business problems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Solution Development Skills: Design and implement solutions that enhance business processes, leveraging technology applications.
  • Process Improvement Skills: Demonstrate a track record of successful process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of assigned business processes and dashboards, ensuring they are effectively managed and continuously improved.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.


Who You Are

  • You’re digitally savvy. Willing to learn new business applications with working knowledge of Microsoft products (macros, Power BI, Power Automate (nice to have), SharePoint (nice to have) etc.)
  • You demonstrate experience in delivering and administering automated solutions to address Business problems.

Qualifications

  • Ideally a College graduate in Business Administration/Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and macros (nice to have, willing/capable to learn very quickly).
  • Proficiency (nice to have, willing/capable to learn very quickly) with Power Automate for process automation.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
