Sr Business Analyst (Contract Position)

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position, must work onsite 3d/w downtown Toronto


Critical business analyst role required for the delivery of controls associated with multiple regulatory mandates. This is a challenging role due to importance of the delivery and the senior stakeholders involved. Business analyst skills, technology/python background and negotiating skills are key behaviors and expertise required for the successful individual.

Required Skills

1. Requirements Gathering: Ability to capture and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they're detailed and clear.

2. Process Analysis & Documentation: Skilled in analyzing and mapping business processes, and documenting workflows with tools like Jira.

3. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to manage and interact with technical teams, product managers, and business users.

4. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to make business recommendations.

5. Python Proficiency: Ability to read, interpret, and understand Python scripts, libraries, and basic data manipulation tasks.
