Job Description

We are looking for a functional analyst to contribute to the modernization of technologies that are part of a business solution (replacement of obsolete technologies).


As part of a team responsible for implementing effective technological solutions for the company's Finance business partners, you actively participate in the evolution of a medium to high complexity business solution.


Responsibilities

Perform the analysis of existing SQL queries.

Work in co-creation with the company's business and IT partners on the development of the need and the management of the product backlog.

Participate in the definitions and orientations of the different scopes (stories, release, sprint, project, tests).

Define and execute manual tests under your scope (specific cases/exception) in an end-to-end perspective.

Produce or update the required documentation.


Requirements and required qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of proven experience in collecting functional and technical requirements, writing and functional and technical documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL language
  • Knowledge of French required
  • Manage uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Be action-oriented (autonomy)
  • Communicate effectively in a wide range of situations
  • Expertise in the banking or financial sector (an asset)
  • Expertise in Agile mode (an asset)

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) analyste fonctionnel(le) afin de contribuer à la modernisation des technologies faisant partie d’une solution d'affaires (remplacement de technologies désuètes).


Au sein d’une équipe responsable de mettre en place des solutions technologiques efficaces pour les partenaires d’affaires Finance de l’entreprise, vous participez activement à l'évolution d’une solution d’affaires de moyenne à grande complexité.


Responsabilités

  • Effectuer l’analyse de requêtes SQL existantes.
  • Travailler en cocréation avec les partenaires d’affaires et TI de l’entreprise sur l'élaboration du besoin et la gestion du carnet de produit (« backlog »).
  • Participer aux définitions et orientations des différentes portées (récits, release, sprint, projet, essais).
  • Définir et exécuter les essais manuels sous votre portée (cas spécifiques/exception) dans une perspective bout en bout.
  • Produire ou mettre à jour la documentation requise.


Exigences et qualifications requises

  • Un minimum de quatre ans d’expérience confirmée en collecte de besoins fonctionnels et techniques, en rédaction et en documentation fonctionnelle et technique
  • Connaissance avancée du langage SQL
  • Connaissance du français nécessaire
  • Gérer l’incertitude et l’ambiguïté
  • Être orienté vers l’action (autonomie)
  • Communiquer de manière efficace dans un large éventail de situations
  • Expertise dans le secteur bancaire ou financier (un atout)
  • Expertise en mode Agile (un atout)
