  • Analyser, comprendre et communiquer les besoins d'affaires au sein de l'équipe projet.

Connaissances et Expertise

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Expérience de travail sur des projets Agile (méthodologie Kanban).

Functional Analyst – Centralized AS400 Systems

Contract: 1 year (with potential extension and conversion)

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Work Mode: Montreal, Hybrid (2 days in-person per week required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, understand, and communicate business needs within the project team.
  • Collaborate on the detailed design of solutions in alignment with business requirements.
  • Co-create solutions with business partners, manage product backlogs, and refine needs.
  • Define functional specifications, including specific and exception cases, in collaboration with product owners and project teams.
  • Provide guidance and advice to the development team and product owner, recommending functional alternatives aligned with architectural standards.
  • Contribute to defining the scope of tasks such as stories, releases, sprints, and tests.
  • Develop functional testing strategies in collaboration with architects and execute automated/manual end-to-end testing.
  • Document or update required materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with project deliverables.
  • Support the implementation of solutions and contribute to resolving any anomalies during the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
