Analyste Fonctionnel – Systèmes Centralisés AS400

Contrat : 1 an (avec possibilité de prolongation et de conversion)

Horaire de travail : 37,5 heures/semaine

Mode de travail : Montréal, hybride (2 jours en présentiel par semaine requis)

Principales Responsabilités

  • Analyser, comprendre et communiquer les besoins d'affaires au sein de l'équipe projet.
  • Collaborer à la conception détaillée de solutions en conformité avec les exigences métier.
  • Co-créer des solutions avec les partenaires d'affaires, gérer les backlogs produits et affiner les besoins.
  • Définir les spécifications fonctionnelles, y compris les cas spécifiques et les cas d'exception, en collaboration avec les propriétaires de produits et les équipes projet.
  • Fournir des conseils et des recommandations à l'équipe de développement et au propriétaire de produit, en proposant des alternatives fonctionnelles alignées sur les normes architecturales.
  • Contribuer à définir l'étendue des tâches, comme les récits, les livraisons, les sprints et les tests.
  • Élaborer des stratégies de tests fonctionnels en collaboration avec les architectes et exécuter des tests de bout en bout automatisés/manuels.
  • Documenter ou mettre à jour les supports nécessaires pour garantir leur précision et leur alignement avec les livrables du projet.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des solutions et contribuer à résoudre les anomalies éventuelles pendant le processus.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Compétences

  • Expertise en langage RPG.
  • Solide connaissance du domaine bancaire ou de la gestion de patrimoine.
  • Capacité à gérer la complexité et à s'adapter aux priorités changeantes.
  • Approche orientée client et axée sur l'action.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en simplification.

Connaissances et Expertise

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Expérience de travail sur des projets Agile (méthodologie Kanban).

Functional Analyst – Centralized AS400 Systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, understand, and communicate business needs within the project team.
  • Collaborate on the detailed design of solutions in alignment with business requirements.
  • Co-create solutions with business partners, manage product backlogs, and refine needs.
  • Define functional specifications, including specific and exception cases, in collaboration with product owners and project teams.
  • Provide guidance and advice to the development team and product owner, recommending functional alternatives aligned with architectural standards.
  • Contribute to defining the scope of tasks such as stories, releases, sprints, and tests.
  • Develop functional testing strategies in collaboration with architects and execute automated/manual end-to-end testing.
  • Document or update required materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with project deliverables.
  • Support the implementation of solutions and contribute to resolving any anomalies during the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills

  • Expertise in RPG language.
  • Strong knowledge of the banking or wealth management domain.
  • Ability to manage complexity and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Client-focused and action-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and simplification skills.

Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working on Agile projects (Kanban methodology).
