The Voice Transformation team requires specific subject matter experts in the following areas to assist with the 2024-2025 lifecycle plans: Toll Free modernization including SOMOS 800 database, Traffic Operator Position System (TOPS), Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) hardware and software upgrades including DMS10 equipment migration, STIR/SHAKEN, Nuisance calling, corporate security policy role out, implementation and compliance within voice organization and other PSTN transformation projects including NPA (numbering plan areas) exhaust. Each resource must be fluent in English. The PSTN Transformation program does require French language skills. Each resource must be available to work remotely unless otherwise specified. Resources may be required onsite in Ottawa for testing in client’s voice labs. All initiatives will be managed in a blended water-fall/Agile approach. Resources are expected to be familiar with the Agile methodology


Work with the Services Architect and the Technical Team Lead on the overall design, may perform design review(s) and code reviews. Work with team to test changes / additions related to overall design. Troubleshoot and resolve issues. Knowledge of the ConceptWave Toll Free SMS application for provisioning High level knowledge of SOMOS 800 database and basic transaction types Able to build and execute detail test plans and test cases Ability to execute and record results from detailed test cases. Detailed understanding of the Agnity Communication Application CAS platform Strong knowledge of voice networks and the positioning of the Toll Free solution within the network. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for creating testing reports, MOPs, test cases, specification documents, etc.
