As a National Campus Recruiter you will:

  • Develop and execute a campus recruitment strategy, building partnerships with relevant academic and professional organizations
  • Establish a talent pipeline for forecasted growth requirements
  • Organize and attend college/university career fairs and professional conferences/tradeshows, interacting with students, professional candidates, and promoting the EllisDon brand
  • Screen prospective candidates, conduct interviews for current/future positions and co-ops/internships
  • Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities, post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups
  • Liaise with People &Culture leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, confirm priority campus events, and assist with co-ops/internship programs

Is this the right role for you?

  • Demonstrated experience/familiarity within a campus recruitment context
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience within the industry or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience from a recruitment agency or in-house corporate recruitment environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, strong communication ability, experience with networking, enthusiastic, extroverted, personable while engaging groups of people
  • Occasional travel may be required
