Position: VP of Sales


Industry: Transportation & Logistics - LTL/FTL, Drayage, Warehousing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales to join a leading asset-based 3PL transport and warehousing company. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of 5 high-performing sales executives across Western Canada and Halifax, driving revenue growth and overseeing strategic sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 sales executives who focus on selling LTL, FTL, drayage, and warehousing services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Drive business development initiatives and manage key client relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of LTL/FTL services, drayage, and warehousing solutions.
  • Track record of successfully managing and growing a sales team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
