Your Role

The Parks and Recreation Lead Aide duties will include but not be limited to:

  1. Provide customer service and enforce rules and regulations.
  2. Lead/instruct/officiate sport activities.
  3. Work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
  4. Assist with and/or manage sporting/special event participation.
  5. Perform athletic field set up/breakdown and maintenance.
  6. Serve as a mentor for interns, volunteers and new employees.
  7. Perform housekeeping/custodial duties such as emptying trash cans and assisting with cleaning restrooms.
  8. Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on the current workloads and department needs.
