Your New Role

Reporting to the Controller, you will be an integral part of the accounting team, responsible for managing the accounts payable process with accuracy and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include processing and reconciling invoices, verifying vendor accounts, maintaining historical records, bank reconciliations, analyses, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. You will work collaboratively and closely with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations and will liaise daily with the Property Managers. Plus, you will gain exposure to many facets of the accounting function as the Controller is willing to help you upskill and to give you a wider perspective of the accounting function in relation to operations, strategy, and decision making.

What Sets You Apart

You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and have been previously accountable for the full cycle of AP. The ideal candidate will have experience from within the Property Management sector (preferably residential) and wishes to advance their career within it. Your meticulous approach and attention to detail ensures high accuracy in all tasks. You are a self-starter who can work autonomously and you have a proactive and inquisitive nature. You possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and have proficiency in ERP systems. Your excellent time management, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities are complemented by a friendly personality, professional demeanor, and a desire to expand your knowledge.
