Mission British Columbia US, CA Clair Global Full time

JOB SUMMARY: The ACS Support Technician is part of Clair's prep team, building racks and testing equipment for events driven by daily demand.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising appropriate levels of judgment and discretion.

  • Familiarity with audio equipment prep workflow.
  • Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions.
  • Prompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of team members.
  • Working knowledge of inventory flow using an ERP system.
  • Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends, when necessary.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ Years' experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work with colleagues to complete the daily workflow.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Follow and complete the prep checklist.
  2. Operating Finesse and Inventory on shop floor computers.
  3. Collaborate with Operations/Supervisors/ Managers to ensure all equipment is fully tested and functional for delivery to events.
  4. Keep up to date with work emails and notifications.
